Provide Personalized Services

One sure way to market your business and have repeat customers is to ensure that you make your customers feel they are important to you. This can be done in a number of ways. One of the best ways is to keep in touch with your regular customers so they will continue to be customers.

Build an Email List
How can you keep in touch and let them know they are important to you? One of the ways is from the beginning when they come into your office and the forms are filled out with addresses, telephone numbers and insurance information. Asking for their email address at this time is one way you will have of keeping in touch other than writing or calling.

With the advent of the Internet it is much easier to send someone an email. Send an update about new services, new devices and any other information you feel is relevant to your customers. This is simple to do and by letting them know what's new or that you have a website, the customer feels more like they have some interaction with you and your business.

There are many ways of setting up auto responders to send emails for a variety of purposes. This is going to be the easy part. After their initial visit an automatic message as a thank you for their interest in your business is a nice and professional touch. Add a few little known facts about hearing and hearing loss and you have an interesting email - not something they will chunk into the cyberspace trash. Just make sure that you do not over use this tool. About once a month should be sufficient for using an auto responder trying to draw in business.

Setting up appointment reminders are another way of providing personalized service. Also, instead of receptionists spending all their time on the telephone calling people to remind them, they can be busy doing something else. This is also beneficial for helping people remember to keep their appointment. Then you are not expecting them to show up and they have forgotten all about it. Thanking customers for their business is another nice way of letting them know their business is important to you. Auto responders are a wonderful way of keeping in touch with your clients and should they move or for some other reason no longer be a client, updating your list is extremely important. This will ensure you are no longer sending emails to people who are no longer clients.  In addition to sending holiday greetings you can send birthday wishes. Everyone is pleased when someone remembers their birthday. You may decide to include a free service in addition to the birthday wishes. This is so much more personalized.

If you have no clue how to go about using an auto responder, find someone who can set one up for you. This will allow it to be set up correctly and they can show you how to use it. Then you can program all the auto responders in that you want to send and you are all set.
